Hot water bottle grade natural rubber blocks. The material undergoes cutting, compounding and vulcanization to achieve superior elasticity and heat ageing resistance.
Our rubber hot water bottles are formed in one piece via precision moulding. The tail is then hydraulically sealed tightly. This advanced manufacturing process delivers robust, seamless construction, effectively preventing tail splitting and water leakage.
Every finished hot water bottle undergoes strict air inflation leak testing before packing. We inflate each rubber hot water bottle and hold pressure for a fixed period to inspect for air leaks, tiny pinholes and weak spots.
After assembling the rubber bladder and plush cover, each hot water bottle goes through full visual inspection. Our QC team carefully checks the rubber surface for scratches, bubbles or deformities, and verifies stitching quality of fabric covers.
