Raw Rubber Compounding We select high-grade natural rubber, mix with stabilizers and reinforcing agents in our internal mixing workshop to guarantee rubber tensile strength and aging resistance.
Vulcanization & Molding Precision mold compression vulcanization to form the bottle body, ensuring uniform wall thickness and stable leak-proof performance.
Surface Finishing & Trimming Trim flash edges, form the diagonal rib anti-slip texture, clean the surface.
QC Pressure Leakage Test 100% pressure testing for each finished hot water bottle to check for leaks before packing.
Final Inspection & Packing Appearance inspection, size check, then pack into inner bags & export cartons.
