Important Precautionary Safety Warning (Must Read to Avoid Risks)
1. This product can only be used for medical cleansing enemas, mild bowel movements in daily life, and intestinal relaxation. It is strictly prohibited to inject medication solutions, soap water, high-concentration saline, or irritating liquids. Frequent and prolonged use is strictly forbidden.
2. People with damaged anus and rectum, bleeding hemorrhoids, perianal inflammation, acute abdominal conditions, unexplained abdominal pain, pregnant women, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or individuals with intestinal ulcers are strictly prohibited from using it.
3. The entire process should be gentle. Violent insertion is strictly prohibited to avoid injuring the rectal mucosa and causing intestinal perforation.
4. Frequent enemas are not allowed. Healthy individuals can have a maximum of 1-2 times per week. Long-term use will disrupt the intestinal flora, weaken the ability to spontaneously defecate, and cause intestinal dependence.
5. The liquid temperature should be strictly controlled at 38-40℃, close to human body temperature. The maximum temperature should not exceed 42℃. High-temperature scalding of the intestine is strictly prevented.

I. Preparations Before Use
1. Supplies Preparation: Insulin catheter + soft silicone anal tube, hot water bag, 38-40℃ pure water/cool boiled water, medical lubricant (Vaseline, paraffin oil), disposable gasket, tissues, toilet
2. Liquid Ratio & Volume - For mild constipation on a daily basis: Inject 300-500ml of warm water each time
- For thorough cleansing enema for severe constipation: Do not exceed 800ml per single use. The total daily volume for adults must not exceed 1000ml
3. Pre-treatment: Check for any cracks, damages, or leakage in the hot water bag, tubing, and anal tube. Ensure that the tubing switch operates smoothly; evenly apply sufficient lubricant to the front end of the anal tube to reduce frictional damage during insertion
II. Standard Operating Procedures
1. Positioning: The preferred position is the left knee flexed supine position (matching the natural direction of the human rectum, the safest and most smooth). Lie on your side on the bed, with the left leg straight and the right knee bent and touching the chest. Raise the buttocks and fully expose the anus. Place a cushion under the body to prevent staining of clothes.

2. Water filling and exhaust: Fill the hot water bag with water at the adjusted temperature. Fill it up to 2/3 of the capacity. Tighten the water filling cap; turn on the pipeline switch, and exhaust all the air in the pipeline until the water outlet flows steadily without bubbles. Avoid air entering the intestinal tract to prevent abdominal distension and pain.
3. Gentle insertion: Relax the anal sphincter, slowly insert the lubricated anal tube into the anus. The insertion depth is only 5-8 cm. Absolutely do not insert deeply.
4. Slow fluid infusion: Slowly open the flow switch, control the water flow to flow slowly and evenly. Keep the water flow smooth throughout the process. Do not pour the water quickly and forcefully. If abdominal distension, abdominal pain, or unbearable pressure occurs during the infusion process, immediately turn off the switch and suspend the operation.
5. Retention and stay: After the liquid is infused, turn off the switch, slowly withdraw the anal tube, clamp the anus and lie flat. Keep the liquid in place for 5-10 minutes to allow the water to fully soften the dry feces and lubricate the intestinal tract. Do not defecate immediately.
6. Defecation and cleaning: When the urge to defecate is strong, go to the toilet to defecate normally. After the process, clean the perianal area with warm water and dry it to keep it dry.
III. Subsequent Cleaning and Storage
1. After use, immediately disassemble the hot water bag, tubing, and anal tube. Thoroughly rinse the inner walls with warm water and remove all remaining stains.
2. Allow all components to dry completely, then air-dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not expose to direct sunlight or high-temperature baking.
3. After drying, store in a clean and cool place. Use by a specific person only. Do not share among others to avoid cross-infection.
IV. Absolute Prohibitions & Emergency Procedures
1. Prohibit excessively high water temperature, rapid water flow, deep insertion of the tube, and violent operations.
2. Prohibit using boiling water, cold water, saline, soap water, traditional Chinese medicine decoctions, or self-made irritating liquids for enema.
3. In case of severe abdominal pain, bloody stool, dizziness, palpitations, or severe anal pain during enema, immediately stop the operation, lie flat and rest. If the symptoms do not subside, seek medical attention immediately.
4. For children, the elderly, and those with weak constitutions, the enema must be performed under the full supervision of family members. The volume should be halved, the temperature must be strictly controlled, and the insertion tube should be placed more shallowly.
