Main rubber material

1. Natural Rubber (NR)
The main raw material is latex from the trileaf rubber tree. It is the core component of hot water bags and has the characteristics of good elasticity, excellent flexibility, heat resistance, and cold resistance, making it suitable for use in hot water bag applications.
2. Synthetic Rubber (Auxiliary)
Some products may contain a small amount of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and butadiene rubber to enhance wear resistance, anti-aging properties, and reduce production costs.

Production Processing Additives

1. Vulcanizing agent: Commonly sulfur, which enables the rubber to be molded and shaped, and enhances its strength and elasticity.
2. Vulcanization accelerator: Accelerates the vulcanization process and optimizes the rubber properties.
3. Antioxidant: Slows down the aging and cracking of the rubber, and extends the product's service life.
4. Reinforcing fillers: Such as carbon black and calcium carbonate, which enhance the hardness and wear resistance of the rubber.
5. Softening agent / Plasticizer: Improves the plasticity of the rubber, making the product softer.

Core Requirements for Compliant Products

Hot water bags that comply with national or European standards feature rubber components that meet the standards of being non-toxic, odorless, and heat-resistant. They do not pose any harm to the human body. Some high-quality products also undergo surface coating treatment to enhance the comfort during use.
