1. Test for sealing performance
Check whether the hot water bag leaks or has water seepage, and ensure that the seal, coating layer, and seams are free from leakage.
2. Test for pressure resistance
Simulate the usage pressure to see if the bag body will bulge, crack, or burst, and determine if the material strength meets the standards.
3. Verify welding/attachment quality
Focus on checking the heat-sealed edges and the adhesive areas to prevent cracking or bag bursting during use and causing injuries.
4. Identify production defects
Quickly detect hidden flaws such as sand holes, thin coatings, and damages, and eliminate non-conforming products in advance.
5. Meet safety standard requirements
This is a necessary safety test in the factory inspection of hot water bags, as well as in national standards/export certification.
In a nutshell: Ensure no omission, no leakage, safety and durability, and meet both quality and export standards.
